About the role The Procurement Officer plays a key role in supporting the delivery of procurement excellence within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. Reporting to the Procurement Lead, the role is responsible for supporting effective management of contracts, suppliers, and purchasing activities, while leveraging the full capability of Oracle Fusion to drive efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement. This position upholds strong supplier relationships and professional standards that reinforce Redpath Australia’s reputation for operational excellence and commercial integrity. Responsibilities Roles & Responsibilities Maintaining supplier systems and records in accordance with company standards; Assist all Redpath team members seeking advice on Procurement processes, and where necessary provide practical assistance in the processes to support their work; Provide end-to-end Supply Chain Management assistance, covering sourcing, evaluation, contracts, purchasing and stakeholder management. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures; Foster productive supplier relationships, support positive feedback mechanisms connecting stakeholder and supplier insights, collating feedback and tracking progress through quarterly meetings and utilising the Oracle Supplier Portal; Advise and assist all stakeholders as necessary to facilitate the use of Oracle (including Redpath's Oracle Electronic Supplier Interface); Assist in the Oracle RFQ process and supplier communications to identify contract partners, help assess RFQ submissions and construct Recommendations For Award; Manage procurement contracts in Oracle Fusion, ensuring system configuration supports automated compliance with contract terms, pricing and service provisions. Oversee the Procurement Contracts module to support effective and efficient contract management; Assist to ensure professional resolutions in disputes between internal and external stakeholders within remit; Assist with management of Oracle Fusion Procurement functions, including Supplier RFQs, BPAs, CPAs, Consignment Agreements, Sourcing Rules, Supplier Performance, KPI tracking and more; Qualifications About You Experience with major ERP, preferably Oracle or similar.
