We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional programs that span technology, process, and organisational change. This role will play a critical part in establishing our Technology Project Office while also leading our most senior project managers. About the Role As a Program Manager, you’ll be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of major programs of work – from planning and governance through to successful implementation and benefits realisation. You’ll: Lead multiple large-scale projects (> $10m) with enterprise-wide impact. Oversee program budgets, schedules, risks, and interdependencies. Build strong, consultative relationships with executives, senior stakeholders, and governance bodies. Guide and mentor Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes. Establish effective governance, reporting, and communication frameworks. Lead the establishment of a Technology PMO, setting up frameworks, governance and best practices to drive excellence across digital and technology programs Prepare the organisation for change, ensuring new solutions are embedded and sustainable. Champion the safe and effective use of AI-assisted tools to drive efficiency and innovation in program delivery. Provide leadership and direction to a team of Senior Project Managers, ensuring alignment to business priorities and delivery excellence. About You You’re a strategic, influential leader who thrives in complex environments. You bring: 10 years’ experience delivering large, multi-stream programs in enterprise settings. Proven success applying program management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK, SAFe) in hybrid environments. A strong track record managing >$10m programs with multi-year schedules and enterprise impact. Executive-level stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. Experience building governance frameworks and reporting at portfolio level. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to clearly articulate business benefits. Background in IT and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Relevant project management certifications. A growth mindset, adaptability, and resilience. Desirable: Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools for monitoring, automation, and delivery coordination. Why Bunnings?
