Job Summary The Senior Renewals Specialist serves as a key functional member of the GTM team as they are responsible for orchestrating successful and timely renewals for manually-contracted Klaviyo customers. As our install base continues to grow rapidly, the Renewals Specialist partners closely with the Customer Success and Sales Teams to proactively drive all administrative aspects of the renewal process while also facilitating any upsell discussions. A successful Renewal Specialist is adept at working cross-functionally and is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Schedule, attend, and document customer renewal calls Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up. Leverage systems data and info from CSM to understand current customer state Scope contract options and/or levers and facilitate any internal approvals needed Identify any add-on or cross-sell opportunities and facilitate conversation to Account Executives when necessary Work collaboratively with internal resources such as Sales Operations, Finance, and Legal to get all orders booked per company guidelines Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements: 3-4 years of business development, customer success, sales support, or renewals experience You’ve already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you’re excited to dive in and learn fast. You’re hungry to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows, finding ways to make your work smarter and more efficient. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Critical thinker who can help create and improve processes Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent work experience, a Bachelor’s degree or above a plus.
