Description This is 12 months contract opportunity. You will be working with our client Samsung to deliver excellence in the business initiatives that deliver sales results for the business. Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development and working as part of the larger Mobile Experience team, the Launch Excellence Project Coordinator is responsible to bring all projects across the Retail Enhancement Team together and aid in aligned and effective execution for all key projects and Go to Market initiatives. Project coordination and reporting on existing projects will be the core of this role, in which the L&D Project Coordinator will work directly with all key stakeholders and with Management team to define objectives, develop a schedule, and streamline the project and overall overseeing the project from initial ideation through to completion. Your day-to-day Go to market: coordination with all stakeholders and retail enhancement team on all items within roadmap to ensure successful launch through the line. To conduct regular meetings to define scope of work, encourage collaboration, ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget and are to the highest quality Projects scoping, design and research Samsung & competitor insights Act as a point of contact for senior management, peers and wider Cheil and Samsung team especially L&D team, Field Team, Sales, HR and Marketing to ensure business expectations are met Proactively organise and Manage meetings to ensure key objectives with our partners are realised and executed Activity & resource planning with key stakeholders and within the team About you Minimum 2 years proven experience in Project Management Ability to lead project teams of various sizes Understanding of Learning and Development tasks and processes Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies . 2 years launch planning/roadmap planning experience While working with Cheil you’ll receive competitive remuneration, flexible working arrangements, up to 50% discounts on Samsung products, continued professional development opportunities, and a collaborative working environment.
