Job Description What can you expect in the role? As Finance Transformation Manager, working with the selected Implementation Partner and Technology provider, you will help lead the business outcomes for specific finance functions to deliver a successful implementation of our new SAP ERP. This includes: ➢ Driving the design, build and deployment that fully delivers business requirements and re-imagines how Endeavour finance teams deliver as a whole. This includes the inscope systems and processes to deliver best in class for end to end finance functions ➢ Responsibility for identifying and delivering specific pre and post go-live ERP performance and success metrics including delivering business case ➢ Developing and executing enhanced specific financial controls and governance from current state to eliminate manual intervention ➢ Jointly leading efforts to streamline and transform specific core financial processes, proactively engaging all impacted teams to ensure acceptance and endorsement. Resulting in reduced time to complete month end and key financial processes, and deliver leading processes and business outcome indicators as part of the design ➢ Contributing to the successful delivery of all relevant project milestones, including build and configuration, data cleansing, data migration, and testing, by ensuring full engagement and collaborating cross functional to enable alignment with One Endeavour program, business (finance, merchandise and supply chain) and technology teams ➢ Oversight, motivate and leading of team members as required, which include training, development and performance management ➢ Upholding the Endeavour data governance framework by ensuring the data approach is fully aligned ➢ Pivotal to the development of business readiness and the criteria and approach to measure ➢ Embedding and implementing new ways of working and capabilities that jointly enable the delivery for Finance 2030 vision ➢ Partnering with the Finance Change Lead and collaborate with finance and business teams to drive change across the organisation, ensuring change plans are developed and executed ➢ Driving adherence to all One Endeavour program frameworks and policies. ➢ Influencing and modeling Endeavour Values and Ways of Working
