We’re seeking an experienced Practice Nurse Team Leader to join our busy, community-focused Dapto practice, offering a wide range of onsite health services. In this leadership role, you’ll combine hands-on clinical care with team leadership and operational support, helping shape the quality and culture of care delivered to patients every day. What You’ll Do Oversee and support the delivery of high-quality treatment room services. Perform a wide range of clinical duties including health assessments, vaccinations, pathology collection, wound care, and ECG monitoring. Build strong patient relationships to create comfort and trust before procedures. Triage patients and assist HCPs in clinical procedures. Support the Practice Manager with rostering, recruitment, and performance management of treatment room staff. Ensure clinical standards and SOPs are met and continuously improved. About You You’re a Registered Nurse with experience in General Practice or an Acute setting. You’re passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and making a difference in your community. You bring strong leadership qualities or are ready to step into a leadership role with the right support. You’re a clear communicator, confident working both independently and collaboratively.
