We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Care Manager or Care Coordinator to join a smaller close-knit facility in the Shoalhaven region NSW. You will lead a passionate clinical team and ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centred care every day. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be responsible for clinical leadership, compliance, and care delivery while supporting and empowering your nursing and care staff to provide high-quality, dignified care. This is the ideal role for a Registered Nurse ready to step up or a current Care Manager seeking a rewarding environment with strong support and autonomy.
