Wood & Co Coffee is a Melbourne-based specialty coffee roastery with a simple mission - to source, roast, and share coffee that celebrates sustainability, traceability, and flavour. We're looking for a Dispatch Assistant to join our friendly Brunswick team 2-3 days per week, helping us get our freshly roasted beans into the hands of cafes and coffee lovers around the country. Applicants must be available to work Monday and Tuesday, with Wednesday hours negotiable for the right person. What You'll Be Doing Every day looks a little different, but you'll spend most of your time: Packing and labelling fresh coffee with care Preparing and sending orders for our online, wholesale, and in-house customers Keeping an eye on stock and using digital tools to track orders Maintaining a tidy, well-organised workspace Supporting the Dispatch Manager and Roaster to keep things flowing smoothly You'll be part of a small, supportive crew that values teamwork, great communication, and consistency. Who You Are To thrive in this role, you'll need previous experience in a dispatch, warehouse, or logistics role. You know your way around fulfilment systems, enjoy keeping things organised, and can be relied on to get the job done right. You'll also bring: Solid computer literacy - you're comfortable using digital tools A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed The ability to work both independently and collaboratively Good time management and reliability Physical capability to lift up to 15kg A full driver's licence, and happy to jump in for the occasional delivery Sound like you?
