Horticulturist / Gardener Location: Alexandra Canal Depot, 67C Bourke Road Hours: 6:00am – 2:57pm, Monday to Friday (38 hours per week) Start Date: ASAP (pending checks) End Date: 27 February 2026 Are you passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful green spaces? Client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Horticulturist / Gardener to join our Client’s team based at the Alexandra Canal Depot . You’ll be part of a motivated team working to keep Sydney’s parks and open spaces vibrant, clean, and welcoming for the community. Key Responsibilities Hand weeding, hedging, mowing and brushcutting/whipper snippering Weed spraying, mulching, planting and laying turf Pruning shrubs and maintaining garden beds Daily playground inspections Litter collection and general grounds upkeep You’ll start and finish your day at the Alexandra Canal Depot, with opportunities to work with different crews and across various park locations.
