You will lead a small team of 2–3 staff members, including gardeners, labourers, and apprentices, to deliver high-quality landscape maintenance across multiple sites. This is a hands-on, autonomous position with the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills, technical expertise, and passion for maintaining green spaces.
