This client-facing role combines technical expertise with consultative skills, working directly with clients to design, scope, and implement tailored IT solutions that drive business outcomes. Perks: Diverse role combining technical delivery with client consulting Exposure to a wide range of technologies and industries Work on varied projects from infrastructure upgrades to cloud migrations Supportive team environment with opportunities to learn from senior engineers Career progression pathway within a growing organisation Modern office facilities in Perth Roles and Responsibilities: Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and technical needs Design and architect IT solutions aligned with client objectives and budgets Prepare technical proposals, scoping documents, and solution presentations Implement and configure solutions across Microsoft 365, networking, and security platforms Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improvement Support pre-sales activities with technical expertise and demonstrations Deliver project implementations from planning through to handover Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to clients Collaborate with the support and projects teams to ensure successful outcomes Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices Role Requirements: 3-5 years' experience in IT infrastructure or solutions engineering Strong technical knowledge with excellent client communication skills Ability to translate technical concepts into business value Experience in a client-facing or consulting capacity Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities Experience in an MSP environment highly desirable Valid driver's licence for occasional client site visits Technical Requirements: Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms Proficiency with Active Directory and Windows Server environments Knowledge of networking fundamentals and firewall configurations Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions Understanding of security best practices and implementations Experience with virtualisation technologies (Hyper-V, VMware) Knowledge of PSA ticketing systems and RMM tools PowerShell scripting skills advantageous We appreciate your interest in this opportunity.
