Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to understand their truck parts needs. Provide expert advice and guidance on truck parts and accessories. Identify and recommend appropriate parts and solutions based on customer requirements. Accurately conduct sales transactions and process orders efficiently. Collaborate with the parts department to ensure inventory levels are well-stocked. Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends. Proactively reach out to customers to promote new products and special offers. Handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, and resolve issues or complaints. Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the dealership's overall success. Follow additional instructions from management to enhance dealership performance. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in truck parts sales or a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of truck parts and accessories. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Detail-oriented and organised with practical problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
