About the Role As Quality Manager, you'll champion quality excellence across Baptcare's family and children community services, ensuring our programs meet the highest standards while remaining true to our mission of compassionate care. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement robust quality frameworks, conduct meaningful audits, and develop innovative solutions that enhance client outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead quality improvement initiatives across family and children community service programs Develop and maintain compliance frameworks aligned with regulatory requirements Conduct comprehensive quality reviews and risk assessments Mentor staff in quality practices and continuous improvement methodologies Partner with leadership teams to embed quality culture throughout the organization Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Key Selection Criteria Demonstrated experience and success in quality and compliance leadership within the community, health or human services sector Demonstrated success in the design and implementation of quality frameworks and systems to support continuous improvement, quality and compliance Proven ability to analyse data, report on performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Demonstrated success in managing and delivering strategic or change projects Experience in people management and leadership of a team including supporting ongoing development Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g., NDIS, Community Services, Child Protection) Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and networks Proven stakeholder engagement skills High-level organisational, planning, and problemsolving skills Experience in building and maintaining a positive culture for quality and continuous improvement Demonstrated understanding of contractual, service and program compliance in a community services environment Demonstrated advanced interpersonal skills and advanced written and verbal communication skills How to Apply Click 'Apply Now' to submit your application.
