Autonomous role for a global renewables developer undergoing a major transformation period Up to $220k super STIBased in Manly - 3 days in officeSolar BESS Projects The RoleAs the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible e for the contract management function across the delivery phase of multiple Solar and BESS projects. This role is a key member of the leadership team, and plays a critical role in supporting the business' target over the next 6 years. This includes negotiation, administration, andclose-out of contracts, as well as ensuring compliance with legal andcommercial obligations. This is a critical role in supporting project delivery teams by ensuring robust contract governance, mitigating risks, and representing the developer’s commercial and legal interests from construction through to handover The OrganisationThis business is one of Australia's leading renewable developers, specialising in development, construction, asset management and maintenance of renewable energy projects across the country.Their growing portfolio comprises of Solar & BESS across NSW, Victoriaand QLD. This business is based in Manly, and offers 2 days WFH per week. The Candidate The successful candidate will exhibit:Minimum 7 years experience in contract management in large-scaleinfrastructure or energy projectsPrior experience on the developer side in Solar, BESS or Wind projects is preferredProven track record in EPC contract negotiation and administrationValid Australian Driving LicenceAbility to travel both domestically and internationally as required. Travel expectation: Occasional up to 40%.
