About the Role Food Service Assistants are an integral part of the Hotel Services team at Tallangatta Health Service, providing nourishing meal, snack and beverage options to consumers in our Residential Aged Care and Acute settings. As a Food Service Assistant, you will assist with the preparation, delivery and serving of meals according to individual dietary requirements and preferences. You will also contribute to maintaining a healthy and hygienic workplace by assisting with cleaning tasks such as doing the dishes, wiping benches and equipment and mopping floors. To support our existing team, we’re seeking part-time candidates who value flexibility, with Hours of work approx. 9:00 am – 3:30 pm (ideal for school/childcare drop off and pick up), Working 2 - 4 shifts per week, Availability across a 7 day roster . We envisage this position to be held by 2 or more people, providing coverage across both weekdays and weekends.
