About the Opportunity: Due to increased project work, an opportunity has now arisen for an Operational Readiness Engineer Lead to coordinate & conduct maintenance & utilities activities for the handover of CAPEX projects to maintenance. Key Duties & Responsibilities include the following: Coordinate maintenance & utilities activities for the handover of CAPEX projects to routine maintenance operations. Develop & provide equipment reliability & process engineering expertise for the project including FMEA, creation of maintenance plans & spare parts assessments. Support engineering installation and commissioning activities, FAT, & perform critical assessments. Review all assets & set up maintenance activities in SAP. Extensively liaise with internal and external key stakeholders. About You: Tertiary qualifications in Engineering - Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical. Experience in CAPEX projects & maintenance in pharmaceutical or FMCG highly regarded. Minimum 5 years of maintenance/process engineering experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Effective internal and external key stakeholder engagement.
