Our mission is simple: Deliver an exceptional customer experience Drive organic revenue growth The Role We’re seeking a Divisional Marketing Manager to lead marketing execution across a portfolio of venues. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll bring strategy to life, manage budgets, and ensure campaigns cut through to deliver results. This role is hands-on and dynamic — you’ll oversee advertising, digital content, and promotional events while ensuring alignment with venue and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Execute quarterly marketing strategies across your venue patch Manage and report on marketing budgets, ensuring ROI and compliance Oversee campaign rollouts, promotional events, and venue marketing activities Collaborate with digital & design teams on briefs and campaign delivery Review and enhance digital campaigns and the customer journey Monitor content across websites and social platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency Contribute innovative ideas, identify trends, and pitch revenue-driving initiatives Support projects including new venue openings, refurbishments, and acquisitions About You 3 years’ experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, and budget oversight Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or a related field Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and marketing channels Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders Technically confident across Meta Business Manager, Google Suite, Web CMS/CRM (Workday and Monday.com desirable) Creative thinker who is results-driven, resilient, and thrives under pressure A collaborative operator who embodies AVC’s values: agility, resilience & positivity, disruption, customer obsession, and ownership What’s On Offer Full-time role with hybrid flexibility (7 office days, 3 WFH days per fortnight) The chance to manage marketing for some of Australia’s most iconic pubs and venues A collaborative team culture with opportunities to grow and develop Work at scale in a fast-growing hospitality group with national career pathways Ready to Apply?
