The Opportunity We’re seeking a proactive and forward-thinking Project Manager to join our Melbourne team, working in a vibrant and collaborative environment dedicated to delivering built-form projects that shape how communities live, work, rest, and play. You’ll lead the delivery of property and social infrastructure initiatives for a diverse mix of public and private sector clients—driving strategic outcomes that make a meaningful impact on everyday life. As a valued member of our inclusive team, you’ll take ownership of the full project lifecycle—from early concept through to successful completion. You’ll work closely and directly with clients to bring their vision to life, managing briefs, coordinating project teams, driving design, overseeing procurement, and administering contracts. About You To thrive in this role, you’ll bring: Proven experience: 3–6 years in project management consultancy (or a related industry such as client-side or development), with a strong track record of delivering successful projects. You’re confident working across sectors and eager to grow your expertise in areas such as aviation, commercial, or residential (apartments, retirement living, build-to-rent) property as Victoria’s market evolves. Relevant qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Property Economics, or a related field. Strong relationship-building skills: You’re a confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management abilities, capable of building trusted, long-term partnerships. Professionalism and business acumen: You bring integrity, credibility, and a solutions-focused mindset to every engagement.
