About the Role This is a rare opportunity to join a privately owned national property investment group as an integral in-house solicitor . You’ll work directly with senior executives across a broad portfolio of commercial, retail, industrial, and residential properties. You Will: Lead and develop the company’s legal function , building systems and processes Manage acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, security, and mortgage documentation Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and corporate documents Coordinate external counsel to reduce reliance on outside firms Provide practical, business-focused legal advice across a variety of matters About You: 3–5 years’ PQE in property, commercial, or real estate law Strong expertise in leasing, acquisitions, and corporate transactions Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills Solutions-focused, business-minded, and confident working independently What’s on Offer: Opportunity to establish and shape an in-house legal team Exposure to a large, diverse property portfolio Direct involvement in business strategy and decision-making Supportive, high-performing team environment Competitive package: $160K–$180K About the Company This privately owned investment group holds a national portfolio of commercial, retail, and industrial assets.
