Introduction Jinding is seeking a driven and strategic Acquisition Manager to join our Developments team. This pivotal role is responsible for securing land for future developments and delivering a robust pipeline of projects across Victoria, South Australia, and Western Australia, with occasional support in other states. As an Acquisitions Manager, your responsibilities will include: Develop and execute land acquisition strategies aligned with company goals. Lead negotiations, feasibility studies, and due diligence for all acquisitions. Source and secure ‘off market’ opportunities through targeted outreach and mapping. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, landowners, and consultants. Conduct strategic assessments of catchments to identify target acquisition areas. Prepare and manage financial models and feasibility studies for internal approvals. Coordinate internal approval processes including submissions to executive committees. Manage project budgets and consultant engagements during acquisition phases. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in emerging markets or sectors. Prepare business plans, strategy papers, and board submissions for new initiatives. About you Proven experience in land acquisition or property development. Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and attention to detail.
