We are now looking for a motivated and customer-focused Classified Telemarketing Consultant to join our Marketplace sales team. About the Role As a Classified Telemarketing Consultant, you'll play a key role in managing and growing advertising revenue across ACM's print and digital platforms. You will proactively engage new and existing clients, provide tailored advertising solutions, and deliver outstanding customer service that ensures repeat business and strong client satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and relationship-building, looking to make a real impact in a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and client engagement. Manage and grow existing client accounts to achieve sales and revenue targets. Convert inbound classified enquiries into sales opportunities. Provide tailored advertising solutions that meet client needs across digital and print channels. Ensure accurate and timely processing of bookings to meet deadlines. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across ACM Agri platforms. Collaborate with colleagues on cross-selling opportunities and campaign initiatives. Keep accurate CRM records and prepare sales reports as required. What We're Looking A proactive and customer-focused approach to sales. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work to targets, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines. Confidence in making outbound calls and presenting advertising solutions. Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or media (preferred but not essential).
