This is a hands-on, all-rounder role for someone who thrives in managing premium meeting and workspace experiences, ensuring service excellence, and building strong client relationships. Each day at Flex by ISPT is dynamic and varied, with your time spent ensuring that our tenants and guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. You'll start by managing booking enquiries, setting up meeting rooms, and ensuring AV equipment is ready for use. Throughout the day, you'll coordinate catering orders, assist with any tech issues, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation across the facility. You'll also engage with customers, offering exceptional service, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and managing the flow of operations. Your attention to detail will be key in keeping our workspace running smoothly while also contributing to the ongoing growth of Flex by ISPT through sales and community-building activities.
