Blue Mountains City Council is seeking a Test Lead to drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for our TechnologyOne ERP rollout. You’ll shape the UAT strategy, design test cases, and oversee execution to ensure a smooth, high-quality go-live. The role leads testers, managing defects, validating outcomes, and providing clear reporting to stakeholders. You’ll also build lasting capability by developing templates, guidelines, and training to strengthen internal testing practice. This is a hands-on expert role ideal for someone passionate about quality assurance and confident working with consultants, stakeholders, and project teams to deliver success. You will have: • Working knowledge of ERP systems, ideally including Asset Management, HR/Payroll, and Finance modules • Experience with system implementation testing cycles, including SIT and UAT • Ability to gather requirements from diverse stakeholders and translate them into test suites • Minimum 4 years’ experience in system implementation testing or test suite development • Proven ability to work within established processes and ensure alignment across project teams Remuneration: base salary commencing at $96,443 gross per annum 12% superannuation performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary annual award increase For further information contact: Carla Billinghurst on 4780 5629.
