This position provides café style food, beverage and table service for the Blue Mountains Cultural Centre Café, including the preparation of coffee and light meals and assists in the provision of catering for functions and events taking place within the Cultural Centre. The successful candidate will be a dynamic team player with well-developed customer service and hospitality skills. Previous experience in Café operations is required. Flexibility in working hours is essential for this position, availability on a Friday Saturday and Sunday is required. The successful candidate will need to hold or be willing to obtain an RSA certificate Rostered hours: Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm (7.5 hours / 30 minute break) Saturday 8:30am to 3:30pm (6.5 hours / 30 minute break) Sunday 8:30am to 3:30pm (6.5 hours / 30 minute break) Total: 41 hours per fortnight Remuneration: base salary commencing at $30,750 gross per annum 12% superannuation performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary annual award increase For further information contact: Jennifer Chapman-Paton on 4780 5523.
