Job Summary As an Administration Assistant of a reputable serviced office network you will oversee Front of House Administration and provide client services. You will report directly to the Domestic Manager and will be responsible for - Assisting with inbound calls; General administration duties; Providing administrative support to our clients and Building Surveyors; Booking, preparation of meeting rooms, including boardroom bookings; A keen eye for detail is a component of this role as well as punctuality and a positive attitude Data entry such as, but not limited to, the online database, typing of approvals, inspection bookings Liaise directly with local Councils Other administrative duties as may be directed Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications This is a busy and hands on position that requires an adaptable and enthusiastic individual with excellent time management Experience in a similar role preferred but not required Telephone answering experience highly regarded Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Mail Management required Ability to work autonomously and in a fast-paced environment; and Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
