Rostering Coordinator Located in Lakemba with onsite parking Opportunity to grow Full-Time This is an exciting opportunity to join our organisation as a Rostering Coordinator on permanent full-time basis. About the role: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date rosters for all staff, ensuring staffing levels meet operational requirements. Fast paced and dynamic environment. Liaise with Managers, Care Coordinators, and staff to gather and confirm scheduling requirements and preferences. Maintain up-to-date records of staff availability, leave requests, and any special scheduling requirements. Ensure all rosters comply with relevant labour laws, including working hours, overtime limits, and rest breaks. Utilise rostering software to create and maintain schedules efficiently. Provide training and guidance to staff on how to access their rosters. To succeed in this role, you will have: A degree or certification in Business Administration, Health Administration, Management, Logistics or related field (preferred). Proven experience in rostering, scheduling and workforce planning in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with rostering software and scheduling systems (e.g. The Lookout Way). Able to interpret Awards and Enterprise Agreements. Understanding of NSW labour laws and regulations, particularly in relation to work hours, overtime and breaks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills to manage complex rosters and shifts. Attention to detail to avoid scheduling errors. Time Management ? prioritise tasks, especially under tight deadlines. Problem solving ? handling last-minute changes or staff absences.
