The Role As 2IC / Educational Leader , you will: Support the Centre Director in day-to-day operations, compliance, and leadership. Lead the development, implementation, and review of the educational program. Support and mentor educators in curriculum planning, documentation, and reflective practice. Drive continuous improvement and embed the EYLF across all age groups. Step into the Director’s role during periods of leave or absence. Build strong relationships with children, families, educators, and the wider community.
