Reporting to the CRM Product Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to actively lead and support the digital transformation of the organisation across this purpose-driven organisation , with a core focus on the CRM . You will have the opportunity to lead change ac ross Salesforce architecture, governance and roadm ap for the future. You’ll play a pivotal role in the remediation of Salesforce and ensuring that its full potential is unlocked . You will oversee all stages of the project cycle and collaborate with internal stakeholders to have a full functioning Salesforce system that is compliant . Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion. Create feasible functional specifications to meet business requirements and prepare use cases to guide the development team. Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements or automate solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet the needs of the organisation. Work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen data governance and foster shared understanding and accountability. This role will be based in Sydney and will work a hybrid model, including at least two days in the office per week. Who are we looking for? The successful candidate will have a deep commitment to Caritas Australia’s mission to end poverty and injustice by promoting human dignity for all, as well as a dedication to the principles of Catholic Social Teaching that guide our global efforts. They will have a mix of the following qualifications, skills and experience: Tertiary qualifications in either Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or in a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role. Experience working for a fundraising/marketing agency, with a preference for roles in the charity sector. Strong working knowledge and experience of CRMs, in particular Salesforce. Proven ability to document requirements, processes and solutions. Proficient in conducting quantitative data analysis and visualisation, utilising tools and techniques to interpret data and present findings.
