You will report to the Advancement Director. As the CRM Product Lead, you will be the visionary owner of Caritas Australia’s Salesforce NPSP platform. You will be responsible for aligning the platform with organisational strategy, leading its governance, and ensuring its optimal use across teams. Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to): Lead the review and optimisation of the existing Salesforce NPSP setup to ensure it is fit-for-purpose, with a focus on structure, data integrity, and system performance Manage data governance, quality assurance, and platform compliance Collaborate with teams to tailor features and drive user adoption through training and engagement Oversee projects and work with external vendors to deliver enhancements and resolve technical issues This role is based in our Mascot office and will work a hybrid model, including two days in the office per week. Who are we looking for? The successful candidate will have a deep commitment to Caritas Australia’s mission to end poverty and injustice by promoting human dignity for all, as well as a dedication to the principles of Catholic Social Teaching that guide our global efforts. They will have a mix of the following qualifications, skills and experience: 3–5 years’ proven experience as a CRM Administrator or Product Owner, within the nonprofit sector (Salesforce NPSP experience highly desirable) Experience with CRM integrations and custom development to support evolving organisational needs Strong understanding of fundraising, program management, and marketing processes in a nonprofit context Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and guide cross-functional teams Excellent project management and analytical capabilities How to apply We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all the listed qualifications.
