Description About You You’re a customer-focused professional with a strong understanding of the NDIS and how it supports individuals and families. About the Role This full-time, 12-month contract role based at our Hindmarsh Corporate Office is perfect for someone with strong NDIS knowledge who thrives in a customer-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting clients through their journey with Novita. Act as the first point of contact for NDIS-related enquiries via phone and web Coordinate onboarding and service transitions for new and existing NDIS clients Manage schedules, service plans, and agreements to ensure seamless service delivery Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to support client needs and funding Resolve customer issues and promote Novita’s services to maximise engagement Skills And Experiences Knowledge, skills and experience You bring strong NDIS knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and a collaborative mindset. Certificate in Administration, Business or similar relevant field (desirable) Certificate IV in Frontline Management or similar (desirable) Valid NDIS Worker Check and SA Working with Children Check (required) Demonstrated understanding of the NDIS and related funding arrangements Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal Proven ability to manage complex enquiries and build stakeholder relationships Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client management systems We’re serious about safeguarding our clients.
