What You’ll Be Doing Empower participants by adopting a person-centred approach, coordinating supports, and helping individuals achieve their goals. Lead and support teams by mentoring teams to maintain high professional standards. Build strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders, ensuring communication is always clear and respectful. Drive service excellence by meeting and exceeding service level agreements and promoting best practice across all touchpoints.
