Responsibilities IT Professional Wanted — Work Friday to Monday, Enjoy a 3-Day Midweek Break! We're on the lookout for a Help Desk Support superstar to join our in-house IT team! If you're tech-savvy and love solving problems, this vital role could be your next big move. Respond to and resolve help desk requests — troubleshoot issues, follow up where needed, and ensure users are back up and running smoothly. Work closely with our platform and infrastructure teams to deliver reliable, effective IT solutions across the business. Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation for both end-users and IT Helpdesk staff. Set up and configure new and existing computers — including hardware, peripherals, services, settings, and security — all aligned with our standards and requirements. Keep our systems in top shape with daily monitoring, log reviews, and verifying backups and key processes. Troubleshoot and recover from hardware or software failures, ensuring users are kept informed and supported throughout. Install and test computers, devices, and applications — making sure everything works as it should. Qualifications About You 3 years in an IT helpdesk or Level 2 IT Support team role Strong documentation skills with the ability to write clear and comprehensive procedures Ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues across multiple technology streams Experience in supporting and administering Microsoft Cloud Management stack (EntraID, Intune, Exchange Online Management) Experience with deploying and supporting mobile devices including Android and iOS Experience with leading ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow Accurate with high attention to detail Ability to manage and support users in remote and varied locations Ability to adapt and accommodate changing priorities Good customer relations skills Superior problem solving and adaptability A safety approach in keeping with Redpath's principle Safety - First, Last and Always What's In It for You?
