What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful hand behind our customer experience. You’ll: Respond to customer inquiries about orders, pricing, and stock availability. Process quotes and orders, including custom manufacturing and delivery coordination. Manage inventory, stock transfers, and logistics. Handle returns, credits, and damage claims. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Resolve customer issues with professionalism and care.
