As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the high-quality finishes that set our homes apart. Key Responsibilities Project budgeting and production scheduling Analysing and understanding architectural drawings and specifications. Detailing scope of works for each trade Working together with technical and tradespeople, engineers, architects, and other experts. Coordinating consultants Applying for building permits Resolve RFI's issued by the building surveyor Overseeing transformation and carrying out initiatives and plans Liaise with the builder or client Overseeing and controlling human resources, including subcontractors, standards, project and program requirements, and progress Regular site visits to make sure building is being completed according to drawings Variation reporting Resolve any construction issues at site Handle any cost and quality constraints/issues Maintaining OH&S standards on site. What We’re Looking For Relevant qualifications. Adequate experience may be considered in lieu of qualifications. Ability to read and interpret architectural plans Should be a numbers person Be a people person with the ability to handle diverse tradesmen Must be a good communicator as communication is key in this business Strong eye for detail Willing to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
