The Role As Portfolio Marketing Manager, you will be solely responsible for shaping and delivering the marketing strategy across a diverse portfolio of retail properties. You’ll work closely with centre teams, asset managers, and internal stakeholders to create tailored, high-impact campaigns that drive traffic, build brand equity, and support asset performance. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for each retail asset in line with asset goals Lead portfolio-wide campaigns, activations, and digital initiatives Manage campaign execution with support from centre-based marketing assistants and admin teams Analyse performance metrics, report on ROI, and deliver insights to drive results Own and manage marketing budgets across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with tenant contributions Create engaging, multi-channel campaigns including digital, in-precinct, social, and experiential Partner with retailers, local communities, and media to build a strong brand presence Support retail sales growth through campaign planning, promotional support, and performance reporting Manage websites, content creation, and digital channels across all centres Collaborate on brand positioning, leasing communications, and centre events Travel to centres as required for campaign launches, new openings, and key events What You’ll Bring Proven experience in marketing within retail property or shopping centre environments Strong understanding of multi-site campaign management and stakeholder coordination Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Excellent communication, budgeting, and reporting skills Experience working with retail tenants, leasing teams, and property management A results-driven mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Why Apply?
