Unison Group is in search of a Freelancer Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team on a flexible basis. As a Freelancer Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates for various positions across our clients’ needs, while managing your workload and schedule. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates for open positions using diverse methods, including online job sites, social media, and direct outreach. Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate status and recruitment progress. Foster strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Collaborate with other freelance recruiters and the internal team to meet hiring goals. Requirements Qualifications: 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a freelance or contract capacity. Strong sourcing skills using various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
