What's the day to day like? Be the main point of contact for the Coordination of AU/NZ based Supply Chain functions on a daily basis. Stock Management - managing inter warehouse stock transfers, warehouse returns, marketing/showroom stock requirements, stock reconciliations, stock takes. Allocation of stocks for pre orders Updating the business with daily reports Monitor and manage outstanding Purchase Orders and shipments with Suppliers, Freight forwarders and 3PLs Master Data - ensure stock master data and product cost pricing is maintained and up to date. Strive for greater efficiency across all supply chain processes including identifying processes for improvement and implementing automations where necessary. Being a medium sized team means that you are our port-of-call for all Inventory, Stock Control and inbound shipment related issues and processes which is essential when we want to be one of the best darn digital furniture companies in Australia. Being an awesome administrator, we'd love to help train you in areas you maybe haven't experienced before becoming the next admin guru of Eva. This is a great opportunity in a start up, where you'll be a central point for dealing with all areas of the business, from Marketing to Product to Customer Service. All we need from you is the right mindset to learn quickly, think out of the box and flourish in a role that's immensely rewarding. Plus we're a pretty cool bunch of people! Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in a Supply Chain admin/inventory control (warehouse environment an advantage) You like to have control and own your area of expertise, you will be given both autonomy and accountability. A superior attention to detail combined with the ability to manage priorities and tasks efficiently. Calm under pressure and can think on your feet when tackling problems head-on. You don't always have the answers, but you know where to find them Ability to manage internal and external stakeholder relationships professionally and with ease Ability to work relatively unsupervised (after training of course!) Systems savvy, we currently use Approvalmax, Slack, Monday, Machship and our own purpose-built stock system. (Wiise or MS Business Central experience is an advantage as we transition) Proficient Excel skills Experience working in an ERP environment is desirable but not essential Regular travel to our 3PL in Mulgrave (must be willing to be ‘hands on’ with stock if necessary) Open to interstate travel if required (for annual stock takes/project work at our interstate DC's) Benefits What else is in it for you?
