Description Your Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Supply Chain, Planning and Logistics to lead supply chain development and operations across Australia and New Zealand. Functionally reporting to the Region Europe Planning and Logistics Clusters and disciplinary to AN Chief Financial Officer you will play a pivotal role in driving efficiencies, delivering value, and ensuring our logistics and supply chain operations support business growth. Key responsibilities include: Lead the design and implementation of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), ensuring strong collaboration with sales and category teams. Manage planning development, including demand forecasting, stock optimization, and system/process improvement. Oversee logistics development, warehouse management, and cost optimization, while driving KPI improvements with 3PL providers. Lead indirect procurement, contract management, and global stakeholder alignment. Ensure customer centricity by delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. Skills And Experiences Your Profile We are looking for a leader who combines technical expertise in supply chain with strong people leadership and business acumen. You will be able to balance operational excellence with forward-thinking strategies that enable business growth. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field. At least 10 years’ leadership experience in international supply chain management. Proven success in S&OP implementation and logistics development. Strong relationship management skills with both internal teams and external partners. Business planning expertise with a focus on delivering measurable results. Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills. Ability to manage a fast-paced workload with a collaborative approach.
