OVERVIEW Our client is a full-service commercial real estate company with expertise in asset management, portfolio optimisation, property investment, leasing, marketing, and tenant retention. The firm offers end-to-end services for managing, buying, selling, and leasing commercial and retail properties, guided by a results-driven and client-focused approach. They are seeking a proactive and people-focused Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of a small, well-established suburban shopping centre in Perth's Southern Suburbs. This is a part-time role (approx 3 days per week) — perfect for an experienced property professional looking for flexibility and balance.
