We are currently seeking a Junior in our servicing department The ideal candidate will be pro-active, self driven & would like to join a small team working in a clean & modern dealership. We are a family business & we work very hard to deliver the best Offroad Campers on the Market! About the Role You will be a part of a hard working dealership Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm and every second Saturday 8am-12pm (2 hours paid weekly in advance for fortnightly Saturday) learning all aspects of our sales & service - Including but not limited to: Fitting external & internal accessories to our campers & caravans Assisting with pre-delivery operational checklists Assisting with warranty repairs, fault finding, and general maintenance Ensuring all new and used caravans are immaculately detailed and ready for delivery, display, and industry shows Movement of stock around the dealership Maintain a neat and tidy workspace including showroom areas Assist with the day-to-day duties in the workshop Qualifications & experience Must have an eye for detail Must be able to work in a team Passion for customer service Computer skills a plus Good phone etiquette Benefits In-House Progression On Street Parking Work with a Family Business who are Passionate about providing the best product & service on the market.
