About the role We have a newly purpose-built facility dedicated to supporting women experiencing homelessness. Catherine House offers a safe, supportive environment where women can rebuild their lives, regain their independence, and rediscover their identity. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering women to achieve their goals and overcome complex life challenges. You will deliver person-centred support that encourages and educates women to make informed decisions based on their individual needs. You will also provide emotional support, helping to build resilience, confidence, and a sense of stability during their journey toward independence. About you You have a kind and caring nature that fosters strong, trusting relationships. Your strengths lie within your compassion and genuine desire to help others. You have the resilience and sensitivity to work with vulnerable women with complex needs and heightened emotions.
