Customer Service Administrator (Casual) About the role WA Cricket is on the lookout for vibrant and enthusiastic individuals to join our Membership Team in casual roles, helping us deliver exceptional customer service to our valued WACA Members. As a Customer Service Administrator , you’ll be the friendly face and helpful voice for our Members, providing up-to-date information about their benefits and products, responding to general enquiries, and managing incoming calls. You’ll also play a key role on match days at both the WACA Ground and Optus Stadium, ensuring our Members have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
