Job Description About the Role: As Precinct Beverage Manager , you’ll oversee the beverage programs across the four venues above. From creating seasonal wine and cocktail lists to managing suppliers, activations, and training, you’ll lead the way in delivering drinks that excite guests and keep standards high. You’ll work closely with venue managers and the beverage director while developing and motivating a skilled team. Key Responsibilities will include: Overseeing the Australian Whiskey Embassy Designing and maintaining wine and cocktail lists Driving spirit and wine activations Supplier coordination and relationship management Training & development of the beverage team Supporting recruitment of the beverage team
