Job Description We’re seeking an experienced Return to Work Coordinator to join our team on a parental leave replacement basis. Your day-to-day will include: Claims Management: Support team members with workers compensation claims across all Australian jurisdictions, working closely with insurers and agents Return to Work Planning: Develop and implement early intervention return-to-work arrangements that prioritise recovery and sustainable outcomes Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with injured workers, managers, treating practitioners, rehabilitation providers, and insurance partners Case Coordination: Attend medical case conferences, coordinate occupational rehabilitation, and maintain regular communication with all parties Reporting & Compliance: Complete PIAWE calculations, maintain case notes, and provide regular reporting to leadership Education & Prevention: Train team members and leaders on injury management and promote the health benefits of good work
