About the Role: As a BOH Restaurant Supervisor , you’ll play a key role in running the daily operations of our Wilsonton restaurant. You'll be at the heart of it all—leading a team, ensuring smooth service, and upholding the standard of excellence Burger Urge is known for. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality or restaurants Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards A customer-focused mindset, we want someone who’s passionate about great service!
