Estimator – Commercial Projects Ascend Recruit is seeking an experienced Estimator to join a busy commercial construction team with a strong pipeline of projects up to $5M . The Role: Prepare accurate pricing and submissions for commercial projects. Develop and document construction methodologies for tenders. Manage the end-to-end tender process. Work across a variety of commercial Projects Use Excel for estimating and support workflow improvements with new software. What We’re Looking For: Proven commercial estimating experience. Strong skills in pricing, tender preparation, and methodology development. Proficiency in Excel and openness to new technology. Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
