As an Assistant Director, Workforce Strategy, you will lead a range of workforce strategy initiatives, providing high level strategic and operational advice on workplace relations and governance issues to the ACT Government and directorates. You will represent the directorate in managing a range of workplace relations matters, demonstrating professionalism, judgment and a commitment to delivering quality outputs within tight timeframes whilst maintaining confidentiality and discretion. You will bring a strategic approach to workforce and employment issues, underpinned by detailed research and analytical skills with a positive collaborative attitude. You will be supported to work flexibly, with the expectation to work in the office up to two days a week and will be surrounded by an exceptional team.
