About the role Join our team and make a real difference in your community. We are currently seeking a Disability Support Worker for a regular shift every Wednesday from 9:30am to 2:30pm in Busselton , with opportunities to pick up additional shifts as they become available. In this role, you will support a client who enjoys shopping, going to the library, and volunteering at a local nursery . This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, friendly, and passionate about supporting people to live fulfilling, independent lives. In addition to this shift, we are also offering a casual role based in Margaret River , Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, providing support to various clients depending on availability and client needs. Key Responsibilities Support in day-to-day living, encourage independence and accompany on activities and essential outings Utilise positive behaviour strategies Following person-centred plans Documenting & progress note keeping Skills & Experience Experience supporting or engaging with people with disabilities Positively engage, interact and work with people who have complex needs Computer literacy and administration skills Ability to maintain clients’ privacy and confidentiality Willing to travel to support clients Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle Provide First Aid & CPR certificate (or willing to obtain prior to employment) Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS Worker Screening check.
