About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to manage the end-to-end mortgage process for clients, from initial consultation through to settlement. This is a full-time, salaried role based in North Brisbane (Aspley), offering flexibility to work from home as needed. Reporting directly to the Director, some of your responsibilities will include: Staying updated with lender policies and market trends Managing each file through to settlement with in-house support Maintaining strong relationships with both clients and referral partners Preparing, lodging and tracking loan applications, ensuring full compliance Meeting with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored lending solutions About You The successful candidate will have: A collaborative mindset and genuine care for clients Strong interpersonal skills and high attention to detail Proven track record of meeting/exceeding lending targets Full australian working rights and a current driver’s licence 2 years' experience in mortgage broking or lending (bank or non-bank) Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (diploma desirable or willingness to obtain) What’s In It For You?
