You will be responsible for leading the commercial operations, bringing strong leadership, systems knowledge, and commercial acumen to a high-performing delivery team. Main Duties: Lead all contract administration and financial controls. Manage monthly claims, subcontractor payments, and cost forecasting. Deliver detailed financial reports to senior management. Drive effective use of project commercial software tools. Mentor and manage commercial support staff. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying. Over 15 years’ experience in large-scale civil project delivery. In-depth knowledge of NZS3910:2023 and claims management. Skilled in subcontractor procurement, commercial software, and monthly reporting.
